    1.0 SCOPE

    3.0 INSTRUCTIONS

    Split into multiple conditions of use:

    3.1 – With Vacuum Pump “Off”
    • Inspect seals, hardware, and vacuum filter jar.

    • Tighten or replace worn components.

    3.2 – With Vacuum Pump “On” but No Load
    • Test airflow at pads.

    • Fill and verify the automatic oiler.

    • Confirm proper air cycling per pad.

    3.3 – With Vacuum Pump “Off” (Deeper Maintenance)
    • Clean full unit, mufflers, filters (including sintered bronze filters), and lubricate.

    3.4 – With Vacuum Pump “On” but No Load (Operational Test)
    • Visual check of general working condition.

    3.5 – With Unit Carrying Maximum Load
    • Monitor gauges and lights.

    • Validate vacuum buildup and steadiness.

    • Check mechanical performance under load.

    • Test reserve holding power (vacuum should not drop more than 3" in 15 minutes).

    • Validate “Vac-Off” release function.
